  • Always wear seat belts when driving or riding a car
Protect your health:
  • Always keep track of the recommended immunizations
  • Sun can harm the skin and provoke cancer – protect yourself with sunscreen with SPF 15 and higher.
  • Do not forget to wash your hands before eating and after using a bathroom.
  • In most European countries and the U.S. you can drink tap water without issues, however, in other places it is unsafe even to brush teeth and clean contact lenses with it. Use canned or bottled water.

Gather a Travel Medical Kit and take it with you when you are going abroad. Pack it with first aid supplies, cold medications and pain relievers.
